If you've just ordered and realised you need to exchange before we ship, please contact us asap at hello@vaulturban.com and we will be able to confirm if your order has already shipped. If not, we will amend your order subject to stock availability.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
FREE 30 DAY UK RETURNS
We hope you love your Vault Urban pieces, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund for all items that adhere to our returns policy below.
- Returns must be received back to us within 30 days from the date you received your items.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
- Your refund includes the cost of the product but not any shipping paid on the original order.
We offer Free UK returns subject to our returns requirements above. Please note, if you are not a UK customer, you will be required to pay for the cost of postage back to our HQ. We recommend using a tracked postage method as we cannot process your return until it arrives back with us.
1. To request a return or an exchange, email hello@vaulturban.com with your order number, name and address, and if possible, state the reason for return (this helps us improve our products for you!).
2. We will email you to confirm your return request is accepted within 24 hours. If your a UK customer and your the return request is accepted we will also send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the items back to us.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
4. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. This can take up to 5 working days.
