Meet GREENONE® non-ecotoxic, biodegradable polyester
GREENONE® is an environmentally-friendly synthetic fiber that mimic natural fibers, combining the durability of premium synthetics with the biodegradability of natural fabrics. The result is a silky-smooth, non-iron, crease-resistant fabric designed for long-lasting performance and comfort, while being non-ecotoxic to soil, oceans, and plants. It biodegrades in home compost or landfills, helping reduce microfiber pollution.
These buttons are nuts. Literally.
Corozo buttons are made of 100% natural raw material - Tagua tree nut (a.k.a. Corozo). They are environmentally friendly as they can only be produced from a ripe nut, which has naturally fallen from the tree. Their natural harvesting and biodegradability make them one of the most sustainable raw materials used in button production.
Stay Fresh. Wash Less.
Polygiene Stays Fresh Technology is an odor-control fabric treatment that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria, allowing you to wear more and wash less.
Based on a salt combining recycled silver and chloride, Polygiene is bluesign® approved and OEKO-TEX® listed, keeping the garment fresh and providing a real opportunity to wash less and help save the environment.

Fabric sourcing and garment manufacturing are just part of producing a final product.
The production of trims, finishes, packaging, and tags can significantly increase the overall environmental impact. Every label, zip, button, and bag has its environmental cost.
You won't find sew-in labels on any Vault Urban garment because they are often uncomfortable, prone to being cut out, and, most importantly, create unnecessary waste. At Vault Urban, we choose not to 'tag' alone to minimize our environmental impact
Meet EcoRegen 100% Lyocell threads made from sustainably sourced wood pulp
- Eco-friendly regenerated fibre threads, made from sustainably sourced wood pulp
- Fully biodegradable and compostable due to its cellulosic origin
- Lyocell in comparison to cotton, does not require irrigation, pesticides or labour intensive processes during its cultivation
